Campaign Objectives:

The objective was simple and straightforward - the client wanted to grow organic traffic and thus increase appointments in their clinics for hearing checks across the nation in certain states & ear wax removal in certain states, competing with their biggest competitors both nationally and locally across the various Territories.

Campaign Approach:

We already had a strong grounding in the industry, having worked with hearing aid providers for over 5 years, as a result we essentially had a ready to implement blueprint for SEO success. We focused on 3 key areas, national keywords, local keywords and ear health content, breaking our work into silo’s, national and local keywords for lead generation and ear health content for traffic growth and brand recognition. We looked for quick wins early on, fixing technical issues, optimising existing pages to improve performance before moving onto content creation to expand the website’s overall footprint. Audika is a strong brand that has good website authority overall, we utilised this website authority by optimising under performing pages and creating new content that matched the search intent of prospective customers.

Results

While we faced some challenges with the evolution of the SEO landscape in early 2025 we managed to drive really strong results overall, increasing both traffic and leads YOY. We also had to get to know the Australian landscape, the different cities and territories and the nuances of the Aussie market, but this was relatively straightforward thanks to years of watching Home and Away & Neighbours! Audika is a strong brand and already had a great foothold in the Australian market that we managed to captialise on and build upon to improve organic performance.
